Teams of the Federal Police of the Maringá and Cascavel police stations, entered armed confrontation with a gang of bank robbers on the morning of this Friday (07/04), in the region of the Paranapanema River in Alvorada do Sul.
According to the PF, the clash resulted in the deaths of six criminals.
The fact happened around 7:30. Around 4:30 am, the same group is suspected of blowing up the dependencies of two bank branches in the municipality of Cruzália, in the interior of São Paulo.
After the confrontation, firefighters were mobilized to rescue the bodies.
Among the dead are three cambeans, JOÃO RENATO DE PAULA, GUSTAVO APARECIDO FERREIRA (vulgar Gu) and JOÃO PAULO DE OLIVEIRA.
The others are: Wilton Alves Pereira (common Tocantins) from Londrina considered Leader of Quadrilha, Ariel de Lima Campos de Sandovalina / SP and Fernando Rosalino Hernandes.
The suspects were heavily armed. One person is outlawed. Police collected bags from the banks as well as explosives and weapons with the suspects.
