Mexico City.- The Navy-Navy Secretariat of Mexico (SEMAR) informs the public that in support of the Attorney General’s Office and research work of the Federal Police and the City of Mexico, Naval during a patrol in the vicinity of the Tláhuac Delegation, was assaulted by alleged offenders of the law, which repelled the aggression, the result of the exchange of shots, probably deceased deceased identified as Felipe de Jesus “N”.
This action was carried out by field and cabinet intelligence, so it was known that members of groups of narcomenudistas, who operated and allegedly engaged in extortion, kidnapping and homicide, in the vicinity of the Delegation Tlahuac, Milpa Alta, Xochimilco and Iztapalapa, as well as the alleged leader operating in that area of Mexico City.
The confrontation originated after the coordinated monitoring of Federal Forces and of Mexico City to presumed violators of the law, in the vicinity of the Tláhuac Delegation, which resulted in a direct aggression with high-powered weapons of the alleged offenders against Naval Staff .
Based on the Manual for the Use of the Joint Implementation Force of the three Armed Forces, and in order to reduce the level of aggression and reduce the danger of civilian casualties and naval personnel, they repelled the aggression.
This action allowed that Personal Naval will control the aggression resulting from that action that eight alleged offenders of the law died, among them Felipe de Jesus “N”, who was head of an extremely violent criminal organization and that they operate in the delegations of Tláhuac and Iztapalapa . In the place were found several long arms of exclusive use of the Armed Forces.
With these actions, the Navy-Navy Secretariat of Mexico ratifies the commitment it has with Mexican families to maintain security in the country, in this sense it is important to mention that naval elements develop their operations in accordance with procedures established in the Manual of the Use of the Force, Common Application to the Three Armed Forces and in strict respect for human rights.
