A baby, barely 7 months old was allegedly abandoned by the mother on the banks of La Vega glacier.
The neighbours report that, at dawn, they heard moans they described as the crying of a baby. The girl was alive. “If we had arrived on time, I would be alive,” they said.
The little girl was put into a bag of chicken skins. A dog, attracted by the contents, ripped the bag and began to eat.
A lady, who preferred to remain anonymous, approached the place and said that a few days ago a sister of her lost her baby due to natural causes.
