A fisherman identified by the nickname Joe Tilapia was found hanging in a tree in a rural area of San Pedro in Itabuna neighbourhood on the afternoon of Friday the 23rd
Joe used wire to make the noose. The man’s hand was on the wire and it caused the local population to believe he may have repented and tried to undo the knot.
